Since 1989, Fuss & O’Neill has performed various engineering and regulatory compliance-related services for the Town of Windsor, including survey services for the Windsor Bloomfield landfill.

Originally, we performed a boundary survey of the property as part of the acquisition process. Post-acquisition, we updated the survey and base map. We provide ongoing capacity analyses.

As this landfill is in the process of being closed, Fuss & O’Neill conducts capacity-determining surveys every six months to maintain proper level of fill. We provide recommendations based on existing conditions to ensure management of materials.

As a cap is being installed at this site, our team documents installation progress every six months.
