Bringing a project from concept to construction requires an invested and proactive project partner. Fuss & O’Neill’s landscape architects and planners act as our clients’ advocates throughout the entire project lifecycle, providing a strategic community engagement approach that achieves consensus and utilizing our knowledge of grants and government-sponsored financing to assist with project funding.

Fuss & O’Neill believes that engagement is a critical component to achievable design and construction, as the best insights come from those who live in the spaces that are to be transformed. We ensure equitable engagement by creating materials in multiple languages, holding events at times and locations appropriate for the audience, and listen to those that have been historically underrepresented in the decision-making process, including those in vulnerable populations.

We help realize our client’s visions by both identifying and helping achieve grant funding and government-sponsored financing. We assist with grant applications, prioritize actions when grant funding is achieved, promote the award to start building project consensus, assist with programmatic reporting, and provide the creative designs to bring the project to fruition.
