Fuss & O’Neill provided site design, survey, permitting, stormwater management, construction administration, community outreach, and environmental support services for this warehouse conversion project.
Challenge and Collaboration
Our team successfully completed redesign and permitting of the plaza including building renovation and footprint changes and complete redesign of the parking, lighting, landscaping, stormwater and traffic patterns. Permits required included NHDES Alteration of Terrain, NHDES Sewer permitting, City Variance and Planning Board approval.
