Our team successfully completed redesign and permitting of the plaza including building renovation and footprint changes and complete redesign of the parking, lighting, landscaping, stormwater and traffic patterns. Permits required included NHDES Alteration of Terrain, NHDES Sewer permitting, City Variance and Planning Board approval.
