Fuss & O’Neill provided complete project management and part‑time on‑site construction inspection services at Water Street in Warren, Rhode Island.

Water Street provides access to several recreational facilities in the Town of Warren, including the Town Beach, ball fields, and Burr’s Hill Park. We provided the design for surface drainage and traffic calming to both improve water quality at the beach and make the area more pedestrian-friendly.

Fuss & O’Neill engaged in extensive coordination with Rhode Island agencies and several Native American tribes, as Burr’s Hill is a former Native American settlement site and burial ground.
