Fuss & O’Neill provided asbestos abatement project monitoring for multiple phases of renovation at Building L at 263 Farmington Avenue, the University of Connecticut Health Center’s main medical building.

Fuss & O’Neill conducted pre-abatement inspections to verify that containment construction was appropriate and performed pre-sealant inspections (final visual inspections) to verify that the work area met the no-visible dust criteria prior to conducting final air clearance.

Following the completion of the final cleaning and encapsulation of the work area, aggressive final air clearance sampling was performed inside the work area to comply with state and federal regulatory requirements.
