Fuss & O’Neill facilitated the closure of three underground storage tanks at a manufacturing facility, helping our client meet Massachusetts tank regulations.

On behalf of our client, we prepared all regulatory filings consistent with DFS and MassDEP requirements. Then, Fuss & O’Neill designed and installed a replacement tank and day tank return system for the facility’s emergency generator. Close coordination with local Fire Department utility personnel was needed due to the presence of the adjacent water main.

When the work was complete, we prepared a UST Closure Report including all filings, soil testing reports, site photographs, and disposal documentation for waste oil and tanks.
