Fuss & O’Neill was hired to convert the former Osram Sylvania Facility located at 655 S. Willow Street from an industrial warehouse to a shopping plaza with retail, restaurants, self storage, and more.

Our team successfully completed redesign and permitting of the plaza including building renovation and footprint changes and complete redesign of the parking, lighting, landscaping, stormwater and traffic patterns. Permits required included NHDES Alteration of Terrain, NHDES Sewer permitting, City Variance and Planning Board approval. Off-site traffic improvements included lane shifts, roadway widening, signal timing changes, and modifications to existing roadway islands.
