Fuss & O’Neill acted as the Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) for the design and construction for improvements to the wastewater treatment facility.

Fuss & O’Neill assisted the Town with managing the Design of the Improvements to the Wastewater Treatment Facility. Acting as the Town’s staff, we attended progress meetings, Value Engineering Workshops, reviewed Design Drawings, reports, and invoices, attended Town Council Meetings, provided recommendations and managed project schedule while coordinating with the Director of Public Works.

We assisted the Department of Public Works in overseeing the Construction of the improvements to the Enfield WPCF. Along with construction oversight and site visits, we worked with our Environmental Group to review hazardous materials encountered on site and provided guidance to the Town on how to handle and dispose of these materials.
