Since 2003 Fuss & O’Neill has assisted North Providence with development of plans and implementation of projects for compliance with the MS4 General Permit.

In addition to preparation of annual reports, we have helped the Town of North Providence obtain and manage grants. We helped the Town obtain a $30,500 grant for illicit discharge detection and elimination (IDDE), which the Town is using to complete its two dry-weather surveys and to purchase computer equipment.

We assisted the Town in addressing numerous DEM requirements related to grant administration and management. We negotiated compliance issues and grant agreements with DEM on behalf of the Town, and coordinated stormwater ordinance with the community comprehensive planning process.
