Fuss & O’Neill Manufacturing Solutions, LLC was retained  to review equipment, design a guarding solution, install guard(s), and conduct operator and maintenance training.

Fuss & O’Neill Manufacturing Solutions, LLC reviewed the manufacturing process involving a lamination press. Our staff collaborated with operators and maintenance staff to review the process. We devised a combination-type guarding solution, which incorporated two-hand controls, light curtains, and an interlocked barrier guard. Company personnel coordinated installation based on the clients’ time frame and completed installation without any impact to production schedule.
