Fuss & O’Neill, Inc. provided engineering design services for roadway and intersection improvements associated with the Lowe’s retail development on Route 9 in Hadley. We also prepared roadway and retaining wall design drawings and specifications in accordance with MassDOT design requirements, which MassDOT subsequently approved.

Additional engineering services provided by Fuss & O’Neill included:

• Signalized intersection improvements and roadway widening of Route 9
• Design of two, segmented block retaining walls on each side of the roadway
• Extension of an existing box culvert crossing under the roadway
