Fuss & O’Neill was retained to develop machine- and equipment-specific energy control procedures located within four manufacturing buildings. The client experienced building closure and equipment consolidation, resulting in outdated and inaccurate procedures.

The client requested technical support from Fuss & O’Neill to establish an effective picture-based energy-control procedure form; to standardize procedures for “like equipment”; to collaborate with maintenance staff to validate each procedure and post procedures; and to conduct employee training. Fuss & O’Neill developed approximately 250 individual procedures, performed training for maintenance personnel, and provided training materials for company records.
