Fuss & O’Neill Design Build Services, LLC worked with the Town of Coventry Department of Public Works Building Committee and other town agencies to facilitate design, approval, and construction of a complete facility.

The scope of the project included a pre-engineered 22,000 ft2 building, a 1,700 ton salt storage shed, and a 4,800 ft2 cold storage shed. Fuss & O’Neill Design Build Services’ approach incorporated energy saving technologies and grant subsidies into the program.

This fast-tracked design project incorporated civil, MEP, and environmental engineering. Work included full site design and development, with emphasis on stormwater management and low impact development.
