Crescent Crossing Transit-Oriented Development

Re-purposing the urban blight of a post-war public housing project known as Father Panik Village was the charge for Fuss & O’Neill’s urban planners and multidisciplinary team.

Master planning services included development alternatives, zoning regulation amendments, planning, and extensive coordination with the planning team and client. In addition to planning and team meetings, we presented to the public and city staff during the regulatory permitting process. Design services provided from Schematic Design through Construction Documents included:

  • Site layout
  • Grading
  • Utility
  • Stormwater Management
  • Traffic
  • Landscape Architecture

Supporting documents included site, drainage, utility, and landscape construction details and specifications. We developed an OSTA Overall Site Plan depicting the entire property. As this was a redevelopment, we analyzed traffic impacts of the proposed units as compared to the previously approved use. Environmental services included a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, a NEPA Environmental Assessment, and Flood Management Certification.
