Fuss & O’Neill has provided MS4 compliance services for a number of Rhode Island municipalities since the first MS4 general permit issued by RIDEM in 2003. The City of Pawtucket is a prime example of a community we have assisted with MS4 compliance.

Our team provided a range of services to the City; we prepared a city-wide Storm Water Management (SWM) Plan, completing annual MS4 report submittals for the City and provided training to City DPW staff on maintenance and monitoring activities required for permit compliance. We also conducted two rounds of Illicit Discharge Detection Elimination surveys of all City outfalls, using methods consistent with the 2012 EPA protocol.
