Fuss & O’Neill has provided air compliance services to the third-largest hospital in Connecticut since 1993. Our air projects for this major source have included the preparation of a full Title V operating permit application, NOx RACT compliance plan and stack testing, preparation of several New Source Review air permit applications, and ongoing reporting/recordkeeping. In addition, we have prepared a Title V synthetic minor permit application and we have supported this facility through several fully-compliant air inspections conducted by Connecticut DEP. Our NOx RACT support has included negotiation of Trading/Consent Orders with Connecticut DEP, compliance stack testing on multiple occasions, and purchase of NOx Emission Reduction Credits to maintain compliance.
