Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School

This regional vocational technical high school serves 1,100 students in grades 9-12 across 10 districts. Originally built in 1972, the major renovation and addition had a budget of $73.7 million.

The project consisted of improvements to 249,521 square feet of space and included a two-story addition to the front of the building and a single-story addition to the northeast of the building. The two-story addition added general use classrooms, science rooms, and shops. Renovations to the existing building included upgrades to HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems.
We provided extensive hazardous materials consulting services that included inspections, testing, and project monitoring during construction. A work plan for the removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials in exterior brick veneer and rigid insulation was completed.
