Fuss & O’Neill is helping our client develop a program that achieves optimum equipment reliability at their wastewater treatment plant. This wastewater treatment facility processes the sewage of Beverley, Danvers, Marblehead, Salem, Peabody, and Middleton in northeastern Massachusetts. The facility is approximately 40 years old and is in its equipment’s second life cycle between major capital replacements.

Fuss & O’Neill Manufacturing Solutions, working with our client’s staff, performed an assessment of the maintenance organization at the treatment plant. This assessment is the basis for identifying opportunities for improvement and the roadmap for improvement activities going forward. Findings and recommendations included leadership, management systems, and equipment condition management.
