Fuss & O’Neill provided a range of multi-disciplinary services to support the $55 million redevelopment of an urban brownfield and parking lot in downtown Providence into a new mixed-use six-story building.

We provided a comprehensive range of services that included: Environmental due diligence, site assessment, and remedial planning; civil/site design and permitting; geotechnical investigation and engineering for ground improvements; landscape architecture; and design of a green roof and outdoor amenity space for building tenants. The majority of stormwater at the site will be managed through an innovative green roof design and the use of street tree filters that significantly reduce the amount of stormwater runoff from the site. Fuss & O’Neill also provided turnkey contaminated soil disposal services that resulted in significant cost savings to the project.
