Kristen’s career spans nearly three decades of experience at Fuss & O’Neill, where she has led the design of transportation solutions and managed complex infrastructure projects throughout the Northeast. This depth of company insight, combined with extensive hands-on expertise, provides a strong foundation for advancing the firm’s transportation objectives and overall strategic direction.

As Transportation Business Unit Leader, Kristen is responsible for all roadway, traffic, and bridge projects and personnel. The Transportation Business Unit designs safe and efficient transportation systems that foster economic development, create recreational opportunities, minimize commuter expenses and time, and connect people, goods, and services. By partnering with state departments of transportation, municipalities, and regional planning agencies, the Transportation Business Unit delivers a unified approach to ensuring safe, efficient, and economically vital infrastructure.

Kristen directs transportation initiatives, supports staff development, and ensures that external factors are integrated into internal decision making. By equipping employees with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, championing emerging technologies, and prioritizing sustainable design practices, she delivers customized solutions that balance accessibility, affordability, safety, and long term resilience.
