Dan has spent more than 25 years at Fuss & O’Neill, advancing from civil engineer to project manager, to department manager, and to office manager. This progression has given him a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s operations, which informs his approach to strategic planning and personnel development.

As Community Business Unit Leader, Dan oversees civil engineering, land survey, structural engineering, and landscape architecture and planning teams, projects, and initiatives. The Community Business Unit partners with municipalities, agencies, developers, educational institutions, and private clients to redevelop underutilized sites, create meaningful public spaces, and establish new facilities that support economic development, learning, and livable communities.

Dan aligns corporate priorities with business unit initiatives to drive growth and optimize resources. By promoting the use of modern technologies, ensuring regulatory expertise to streamline permitting, and fostering collaboration and communication firm-wide, he guarantees responsive service and on-time project execution.
