Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP)

The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) allows licensed environmental professionals (LEPs) to investigate certain contaminated sites in accordance with prevailing standards and guidelines and oversee remediation in accordance with the Remediation Standard Regulations (RSRs).

Services

Fuss & O’Neill’s LEPs oversee investigations and remediation at a wide variety of commercial and industrial sites that are subject to the RSRs, which means that there is rarely a situation we have not encountered before. We have excellent working relationships with virtually the entire staff of the Remediation Division at DEEP, which greatly facilitates our ability to verify compliance and avoid auditing by the DEEP. We have successfully verified completed investigations, and achieved compliance with the RSRs at more than 55 sites.
