We are excited to announce that Fuss & O’Neill has acquired CLD Consulting Engineers, Inc.!
CLD’s expertise in highway and bridge design, traffic/transportation services, municipal engineering, and private development complement and enhance the diverse services already offered by Fuss & O’Neill. The acquisition is effective today, and the two companies will combine business operations in the coming year.
CLD will bring their expertise in highway and bridge design, traffic/transportation services, municipal engineering and private development to add to Fuss & O’Neill’s 90+ years of land development, traffic/transportation, water resources, environmental services and facilities engineering. Producing a company of nearly 350 engineers, scientists and planners, in 11 offices, the acquisition will establish Fuss & O’Neill as a New England leader of civil and environmental engineering services.
