Located in Historic Davol Square, the technical professionals of our Providence office provide a wide range of services to support land development, brownfields remediation, building systems design, infrastructure modernizations, climate resilience, and water and natural resource protection restoration projects.

Being located in Providence for more than 25 years and working with local communities means that these industry specialists have extraordinary expertise and understanding of local design and permitting requirements. This experience helps our clients (developers, utility companies, municipalities, state agencies, etc.) navigate complex regulatory, environmental, permitting, and design challenges by providing innovative solutions and keeping schedules and budgets on track.

Our Providence office, located in the historic Jewelry District and adjacent to repurposed land from former Interstate I-195, reflects the culture and expertise of our staff – blending multidisciplinary design and collaboration into revitalized and modern community assets.

Parking and Building Access

Parking
Visitors can find parking on the street in the vicinity of the building (pay close attention to no parking and reserved parking signs to avoid a ticket or a tow). Visitors can also park a short walk away in the South Street Landing Garage at 330 Eddy Street . Bring your ticket with you for validation.

Building Access
We are at 3 Davol Square, Suite C200, which is Building C. The only entrance to our suite is at the end of South Street at this approximate location. There is a black awning that says “3 Davol Square Building C” over the main entrance, and there are stairs and an elevator just inside that entrance that will bring you up to our suite on the second floor.
