Fuss & O’Neill Design/Build Services was tasked with the design, permitting, and construction of a new 1,600 square foot golf pro shop for the City of Meriden.

The design build approach allowed for a seamless project from the design and permitting phase through construction. The building and site layout enhanced the course entrance aesthetic features by blending the adjacent club house and cart storage facilities.

This fast-tracked project was designed, permitted, and constructed within four months. It was successfully completed under budget.
