Caleb has dedicated his entire professional career to Fuss & O’Neill, developing a deep understanding of the firm’s strategic objectives. Coupled with more than two decades of experience in environmental due diligence, assessment, and remediation, this institutional knowledge positions him well to serve as Environmental Business Unit Leader.

In this role, Caleb provides firmwide leadership for compliance engineering, subsurface investigations, hazardous materials management, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) services. The Environmental Business Unit supports industrial, utility, municipal, and private-sector clients by maintaining regulatory compliance, delivering manufacturing facility improvements, transforming brownfield sites, promoting healthy building environments, and designing integrated building systems. Through these efforts, the Environmental Business Unit delivers tailored solutions that advance client goals while protecting human health and the environment.

Caleb strategically aligns staff development and firm investments with long-term growth objectives. By promoting collaboration across specialized disciplines and ensuring the availability of skilled personnel, he enables the delivery of responsive service, expert guidance, and comprehensive design solutions.
