Fuss & O’Neill offers EPA-accredited refresher training for Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Contractors. The EPA requires firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that may disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and pre-schools built before 1978, must have at least one certified renovator on staff. To obtain initial certification, you must attend an eight-hour training course. To maintain the certification you must attend a four-hour refresher course every five years.
