During this 2-day Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) essentials class held at The Gem Group in Lawrence Massachusetts, you will learn the equipment related techniques  for implementing a successful & sustainable TPM program. Fuss & O’Neill Manufacturing Solutions (FOMS) will provide 16 hours of TPM introduction & facilitate the training that will focus on 4 TPM Phases: Stabilizing Failure Intervals, Improving Equipment Productivity, Maintenance Excellence, Predicting Equipment Life.

Following the classroom training, participants  will move to the factory floor where the learned concepts will then be theoretically applied to actual pieces of process equipment. Specific team exercises pertaining to the classroom training will occur throughout the two days.
