MS4 Compliance
Fuss & O’Neill is a regional expert in NPDES MS4 Permit Compliance. Our experience includes assisting municipalities to efficiently comply with existing MS4 permits, designing innovative stormwater controls, addressing flooding and water quality challenges (e.g., first green street designs in New England), and developing stormwater management regulatory policy and design standards.
Services
Fuss & O’Neill develops and implements cost-effective stormwater management programs that meet the requirements of the MS4 Permit. We also work with communities to integrate stormwater compliance and planned capital improvements, and to position the MS4s for grant assistance and other sources of program funding. Our approach emphasizes simple, low-cost solutions to minimize program costs and focus limited financial and staff resources on aspects of the permit that will provide the greatest benefits to municipalities.
