JoAnn Fryer, PE, has been promoted to Regional Manager of Fuss & O’Neill’s North Region. A Senior Vice President and shareholder of the company, JoAnn now manages four offices across New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont.

“JoAnn is highly respected by clients and colleagues for her communication and problem-solving skills, which will serve her well in her new position as Regional Manager,” said Fuss & O’Neill Chief Executive Officer Kevin Grigg, PE. “As we look to continue to grow, JoAnn will play a key role in strategic planning, project management, and personnel development in our Northern New England offices.”

JoAnn has more than 25 years of experience in transportation and civil engineering, including work for federal, state, municipal, and private clients. She has worked through all levels of project development for transportation and site development projects, including bridge, roadway, intersection, and sidewalk projects, as well as commercial site development projects. A structural engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, JoAnn has significant expertise in hydrology, hydraulic, and scour analyses, specifically related to bridge crossings, as well as a wide range of drainage and stormwater management design.
