Fuss & O’Neill’s Dan LaFrance, PE, LSP, Project Manager in our Environmental Business Line out of our Quincy, MA office, was presented with the LSP Association (LSPA) Member Award this past Thursday night in Worcester. The award was given for his work as chairman of the Regulations Committee, where he was responsible for managing the Association’s response to the proposed Massachusetts Contingency Plan amendments. Dan has been an active member of the LSPA since 2011, and Chairman of the Regulations Committee since July 2018.

The LSP Association (LSPA) supports efforts that protect the health and safety of Massachusetts’ citizens through the cleanup and reuse of properties contaminated with hazardous materials. LSPA members work with lawmakers, regulators, and other environmental professionals to redevelop and clean up brownfields sites. Since the inception of the LSP program, Fuss & O’Neill has been and continues to be a leader in environmental cleanup and urban redevelopment. They have an experienced and dedicated team of environmental professionals, including LSPs, to conduct cleanup of hazardous materials.
