A licensed PE in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Shawn uses his diverse work and life experiences to create positive social, environmental, and economic impact.  Shawn loves collaborating with others on a team to solve complex problems within the communities he works.

As Central Region Manager, Shawn coordinates with Central Region office managers, leads strategic growth initiatives, and leads new client and market pursuits.

Shawn believes that investing in the basic infrastructure of cities and towns helps to protect wetlands, farms, and natural resources while utilizing land and other resources more efficiently.  From his involvement in volunteer river cleanup projects in his hometown and through his professional career, Shawn knows he was fortunate to grow up in a clean environment, and believes that future generations should have the same opportunity. This investment in the future is evidenced by his role as a workplace mentor.  Shawn is dedicated to the professional growth of Fuss & O’Neill’s emerging leaders, instilling in them an excitement for their work.  Though his professional accomplishments are vast, he is most proud of the successes of his fellow employees.
