With decades of experience and a deep understanding of the technical, regulatory, and relationship-driven dynamics of the AEC industry, Kathy aligns marketing strategies with business development goals, client priorities, and evolving market trends.

Kathy oversees integrated marketing programs, public relations, and internal communications. Leveraging a collaborative, data-informed approach, she champions modern marketing technologies, content development, and analytics to enhance visibility, engagement, and client experience. Internally, Kathy fosters clear, consistent, and engaging communication, implementing feedback mechanisms and employee engagement programs that strengthen transparency, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
