When he was growing up, Rob’s experience as a firefighter sparked his interest and he decided to pursue a degree in occupational safety and health. He worked for two insurance companies and a toy manufacturing company before joining Fuss & O’Neill in 2002 to lead the development of the firm’s safety and health compliance services.

In his current position as President of Fuss & O’Neill Manufacturing Solutions, Rob provides high quality safety and health services to our clients that facilitate improved equipment and workplace conditions. A self-described safety and industrial hygiene generalist, Rob has experience solving a broad range of difficult conditions, working hand-in-hand with clients to understand their needs and establishing how our services support improving operational and compliance obligations. Services range from calculating airborne exposures from chemical releases to assessing the workplace to eliminate non-value-added operations to improve productivity and lower material handling accidents. Licensed as a Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Safety Professional, and Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, Rob still gets excited about coming to work each day to address new health and safety challenges.

In addition to his work at Fuss & O’Neill, Rob now has over 30 years of experience in fire and emergency services.
