Assessment and Remediation
Fuss & O’Neill has conducted Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments throughout New England since the 1980s. Many of our projects involve state and federal EPA-funded assessments. Sites include industrial, commercial, and rural properties that have dozens of areas of concern, multiple contaminant types, and complex geological settings.

We incorporate innovative techniques to streamline the investigative/remedial design process, reduce costs, and encourage the use of green remedial alternatives. Remedial concepts are based on discussions with the client, potential developers, and other community stakeholders.
