OSHA 8-hour HAZWOPER Refresher

Cost: $306 per person (plus transaction fee)
8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Lunch provided

Employees involved in any of the following activities are required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to receive annual refresher training 29 CFR 1910.120:

  • Clean-up operations required by a government body whether Federal, state, local involving hazardous substances at uncontrolled hazardous waste sites;
  • Clean-up operations at sites covered by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA);• Voluntary clean-up operations at uncontrolled hazardous waste sites;
  • Operations involving hazardous waste that are conducted at treatment, storage and disposal facilities regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to RCRA; or
  • Emergency response operations for releases of hazardous substances.

OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety

Cost: $306 per person (plus transaction fee)
7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Lunch provided

The OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Training is a course that teaches workers in the construction industry about the common safety and health hazards on the job, as well as their rights and responsibilities under the OSHA standards and regulations. The course covers topics such as:

  • Introduction to OSHA and the OSHA Act
  • The Focus Four Hazards: falls, electrocution, struck-by, and caught-in or -between
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) and lifesaving equipment
  • Health hazards in construction, such as noise, silica, asbestos, and lead
  • Stairways and ladders
  • Cranes, derricks, hoists, elevators, and conveyors
  • Excavations and trenching
  • Materials handling, storage, use, and disposal
  • Scaffolds
  • Tools – hand and power

Cancellation Policy

To be eligible for a full refund of this course fee, cancellations or deferrals must be made in writing and received by Fuss & O’Neill, Inc. at least five working days prior to the course commencement date. An exigent circumstance will be taken into consideration by the Instructor.
