Hartford, CT – Civil and environmental engineering firm Fuss & O’Neill has hired Patrick Herold to the position of Vice President of Business Operations.
In his role, Patrick will focus on optimizing operational practices and efficiency throughout the firm. He will facilitate collaboration within Fuss & O’Neill and with the firm’s parent company, Trilon, to further integrate business operations.

Working out of Fuss & O’Neill’s Boston office, Patrick will work with the firm’s executive leadership team to develop strategies and tactics that will grow the company through employee growth, acquisitions, and new partnerships. Patrick will be reporting to Fuss & O’Neill President and Chief Executive Officer, Kevin Johnson, PE, PTOE, who views him as an integral part of the firm’s future trajectory and success.
