Manchester, CT – Crew Connecticut has announced the winners for the 25th Annul Blue Ribbon Awards Showcase. The awards were presented virtually last month and showcase the accomplishments of developers, architects, engineers and other commercial real estate professionals. Fuss & O’Neill is honored to have been on the teams for three of the winning projects:
Garden Homes: Aspen Green (Simsbury, CT)
Fuss & O’Neill provided the architecture, engineering, landscape architecture, and the master plan for the development for 181 units of residential housing in townhouse and apartment-style buildings.

J.R. Montgomery Mill Industrial Complex, Montgomery Mill (Windsor Locks, CT)
Fuss & O’Neill provided civil, environmental, structural, MEP, traffic, and landscape architecture services for the redevelopment of this blighted historic brownfield site that was transformed into a 160-unit riverside residential complex.
