Fuss & O’Neill Welcomes Mike Nelson, PE

Boston, MA – Mike Nelson, PE has joined civil and environmental engineering firm Fuss & O’Neill as an Associate and Water and Natural Resources Business Line. Mike will work out of the firm’s Boston, MA office, where he will lead water and sewer infrastructure projects throughout the Northeast.

In his 15-year engineering career, Mike has served in both consulting and public works leadership roles. Serving Eastern Massachusetts, Mike has direct experience with projects such as water distribution systems, sewer collection systems, pump stations, and culverts. Most recently, Mike has served as a client relations manager for municipal clients. Mike is actively engaged in industry organizations as a member of the Massachusetts Water Works Association (MWWA) and the Essex County Highway Association (ECHA). Mike holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UMass Amherst and a MS in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.

Mike will be reporting to Dean Audet, PE, who notes: “Mike’s vision is to work with municipalities to help them develop water, sewer, stormwater, and resilience projects in a manner that best serves the community and helps people maximize the value of their infrastructure investments.”
