Williston, VT – Matt Schley, PE, CERP has joined civil and environmental engineering firm Fuss & O’Neill as a Senior Restoration and Resiliency Engineer. From our Williston, VT office, Matt will focus on the technical execution and management of projects in water resources, natural resource restoration, and climate resilience spaces.

Matt is a skilled engineer and scientist who has dedicated his career to creating long-term climate resilient solutions. He has a diverse background in all project phases, including site assessment, CAD-based design (Civil 3D), construction oversight, as-built surveying, and long-term monitoring. He is an expert in stream restoration, culvert/small bridge replacement, dam removal, aquatic organism passage, riverbank stabilization, stormwater management, lake management, and coastal management. Matt is a member of the Society for Ecological Restoration and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
