John Siedel, CHMM, OHST recently joined the Compliance Group in Fuss & O’Neill’s Manchester, CT headquarters. John will use his certifications as a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician, and Certified Erosion Sediment and Stormwater Inspector in his role as Project Manager in the Industry & Utilities business line. John is a graduate of Westfield University where he earned a BS in Environmental Science.

John will report to Adam Barbash, PE, CHMM, who is excited to welcome John to the team: “John has been helping Connecticut communities for years and we’re excited to draw upon his years of expertise to better serve our clients.”

Fuss & O’Neill’s Compliance Department assists clients comply with regulations applicable to waste handling, permitting, and disposal, as well as water and air discharge permitting. They perform facility audits and evaluate the applicability of local, state, and federal rules as they apply to companies.
