Fuss & O’Neill Hires Stephen Andrzejewski

Fuss & O’Neill has hired Stephen Andrzejewski, PE, as a Senior Engineer in its Water and Natural Resources Department for its Central Region, based out of Manchester, CT. Stephen joins the firm after 31 years of providing water resources engineering services in New England, most recently as the owner of his own Connecticut-based consulting firm. In his new role at Fuss & O’Neill, Stephen will be performing stormwater and dam safety engineering to mitigate flooding and ensure the safety and efficiency of New England bridges and dams.

Stephen will use his extensive knowledge and experience to mentor junior staff and manage major water resources projects. He is excited about working with all levels of staff because: “a diversity of backgrounds helps us look at projects differently. These new perspectives are the basis for innovation.” Dam removal projects are a personal passion of Stephen’s because: “you’re altering something that has been around for a long time and returning it to its original state. Trying to predict how nature will react is challenging and exciting!”

Stephen will report to Phil Forzley, PE, who is the Department Manager of the Water and Natural Resources Department. “I’m excited to welcome Steve to our team. Steve and Fuss & O’Neill have collaborated on many projects over the years. Many of our clients know Steve and have a great amount of respect for him, and we depend on him to develop creative solutions and provide a timely response. Steve will be a great addition to our team and I’m excited to see how he mentors junior staff. I know that our clients will appreciate his contribution to our team.”
