Fuss & O’Neill Hires Dr. Victoria Verlezza as Employee Experience Manager

Manchester, CT – Dr. Victoria Verlezza, a passionate advocate for social justice and workplace inclusion, has accepted a pivotal new role as the Employee Experience Manager at Fuss & O’Neill. She brings with her a stellar 15-year track record in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work.

As a coach, facilitator, and educator, Dr. Verlezza champions the power of dialogue to challenge perspectives and, in turn, the systems in which people work and live. Her approach to DEI work is rooted in social justice education, psychology, and human development, aiming to foster a deeper understanding of people as individuals. Dr. Verlezza holds a doctorate in human development from Fielding Graduate University and a master’s degree in social justice education and higher education from UMass, Amherst.

As Employee Experience Manager, Dr. Verlezza’s responsibilities include spearheading the DEI Committee, developing and implementing programs, ensuring equity in all company policies and programs, offering ongoing counsel to executives and managers on DEI matters, learning and development, and serving as a firm-wide resource dedicated to ensuring an exceptional experience for all employees.
