Fuss & O’Neill Hires Bill Ashford for Transportation Department Manager

Fuss & O’Neill has hired Bill Ashford, PE as its Transportation Department Manager for its Northern Region, based out of Manchester, NH. Bill joins the firm after 29 years working in a variety of roles for a nationally-recognized, engineering and construction management firm, most recently serving as Associate Vice President and Senior Project Manager. Bill will be working directly with clients to develop solutions for multifaceted transportation projects throughout New England.

Bill has extensive experience working with state transportation agencies throughout his career. His past experience required the oversight of numerous consultants, contractors and concurrent tasks on fast-track schedules to ensure that project deadlines and deliverables were consistently met. Bill will report to JoAnn Fryer, PE, who manages the Manchester, NH office at Fuss & O’Neill. “I’m excited to welcome Bill to our team. Bill is an open communicator who possesses great knowledge of transportation planning and engineering. He is an important addition to our team.”

Fuss & O’Neill’s experience with transportation engineering includes traffic planning, road and bridge design, traffic signal system analysis and design, feasibility studies, traffic impact studies, parking studies, maintenance and protection of traffic, permitting and much more.
