Fuss & O’Neill Elects New Board of Director Member

Manchester, NH – JoAnn Fryer, PE has been elected to Fuss & O’Neill’s Board of Directors. JoAnn began her career in 1991 as a bridge engineer (JoAnn started with CLD Consulting Engineers in 1991 and the firm was acquired by Fuss & O’Neill in 2017) and now, as Senior Vice President, leads the firm’s New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont operations as Fuss & O’Neill’s North Region Manager. JoAnn’s 20+ years of roadway, bridge, land development, bicycle/pedestrian safety, and construction administration experience allow her to view projects holistically and with the client’s best interest in mind. In addition to her new board member position, JoAnn leads Fuss & O’Neill’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (which provides awareness of and support for the advancement employees from historically disadvantaged groups) and she serves as the President of the newly-founded New Hampshire Chapter of Women in Transportation (WTS) International (which helps aspiring transportation professionals network, collaborate, and advance within the industry).
