Manchester, CT – Fuss & O’Neill has hired two new structural engineers for its Manchester headquarters.

Ruili He, PE, PhD joins the firm as a Senior Structural Engineer. She specializes in bridge design and analysis, and will support the firm’s expanding vehicular, pedestrian, and railroad bridge project presence in New England.

Katherine Tattersall joins Fuss & O’Neill after graduating from Worcester Polytechnic Institute this May.

She began her education as a math major, but was lured by her fascination with historic buildings to a change to Architectural Engineering
