EBC is pleased to announce that Sudip Bafna, Vice President at Fuss & O’Neill has joined the Leadership Team of the EBC Connecticut Chapter. Please join EBC in welcoming Sudip to this position.
The members of EBC’s Connecticut Chapter Leadership Team meet routinely with the chapter chair and vice chair to identify topics for future EBC programs. As part of their responsibility, members of the leadership team will also take on the role of program chair to organize and moderate EBC programs.

Mr. Bafna is a Vice President in Fuss & O’Neill’s Environmental and Facility Services business line. He received a BS in Chemical/Polymer Engineering and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pune, India and an MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Haven, Connecticut. Mr. Bafna is a Professional Engineer and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.
Mr. Bafna has a wide range of experience working with a variety of clients throughout New England. His experience entails numerous environmental engineering projects including water and wastewater treatment, stormwater management, industrial/hazardous waste management, petroleum oil management, multi-media compliance auditing, and environmental assessment and remediation. Mr. Bafna also assists clients in managing the regulated wastes generated during remediation and redevelopment projects.
Mr. Bafna finds the joy in providing simple solutions to clients while addressing complex environmental issues. As Fuss & O’Neill’s environment continues to evolve, Mr. Bafna motivates his team to maintain compliance with smarter solutions for the future. He also serves on Fuss & O’Neill’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (DEIC).
