JoAnn has over two decades of experience in transportation and civil engineering, including work for Federal, State, Municipal, and private clients. She has worked through all levels of project development for transportation and site development projects, including bridge, roadway, intersection, and sidewalk projects, as well as commercial site development projects.

JoAnn has outstanding communication skills which lead to efficient and effective coordination with clients, staff, subconsultants, utilities, permitting agencies, and the public. This streamlines the management and development of projects to meet budgeting and timeline constraints. JoAnn has significant expertise in hydrology, hydraulic, and scour analyses, specifically related to bridge crossings, as well as a wide range of drainage and stormwater management design.
