Patricia is an Associate and Fuss & O’Neill’s Vermont Agency of Transportation client manager. With more than 35 years of experience, Patricia manages large, multi-disciplinary transportation projects for VTrans as well as municipal projects throughout Vermont with a focus on context-sensitive designs that incorporate safe passage for all users, while considering long-term functionality and user experience. She is a member of ASCE-VT, WTS-VT, and Engineers Without Borders, having traveled for multiple humanitarian efforts in Uganda to install safe drinking water systems. Patricia has been instrumental in generating excitement around the growth of our presence in Vermont. When meeting with clients she looks for opportunities to talk about services we provide in addition to transportation. Patricia has championed and participated in growth strategies in Vermont and along with our team, she is thrilled to see this come to fruition with the addition of an office in Williston.
