Eileen has a unique background that combines environmental expertise and transportation experience. She has served as the Municipal Grants Program Administrator for Massachusetts Department of Transportation’s (MassDOT) Highway Division, co-developed and managed the state’s Complete Streets Funding Program, and has worked on the environmental review of transportation projects, asset climate vulnerability assessment, toxic use reduction, hazard communication, and sustainable transportation efforts.

It was the desire to combine her passions for environmental servitude and transportation improvements that brought her to Fuss & O’Neill. Currently serving as the Boston office’s Transportation Business Line Manager, Eileen assists municipalities throughout Massachusetts and New England identify and meet their transportation and community-wide resiliency needs. She believes that every project presents an opportunity to create more resilient infrastructure and works every day to create lasting improvements throughout New England.v
